Ingredients
- 30g Oats, Regular or Quick, Dry
- 20g Lupine Protein, Powder (or pea protein) - unflavored
- 50g Carrot, shredded
- 30g Zuchini, Shredded
- 1 Tbsp (15g) Peanut Butter, Unsalted
- 30g Green Peas, Raw
- 1 Tbsp (~20g) Hot Chili Sauce, Sriracha
- Water
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a pot, bring to a simmer, and cook for about 5 minutes. You can make the oats creamy or add a little bit more water, which will resemble a thick soup.
Notes
- Lupine protein has about 50% protein. If you want to boost the protein content of the meal, use pea protein isolate or soy protein isolate.
- Lupine protein has an earthy and bitter flavor, which fits well with this savory and hot recipe.
