This silky smooth chocolate mousse can be served alone as a tasty dessert, or used in baking.
Ingredients
- 200 gram Avocado (green)
- 20 gram Cacao powder
- 20 gram Erythritol (or other sweetener)
- Water (To thin the mouse if you it thinner)
Instructions
- Peel avocado, cut it into smaller pieces, and blend with all the ingredients in a blender or using a handheld mixer.
