- Q1A: I tend to eat more certain days and eat much less other days. Some days I feel like I am not that hungry and just eat around 1200 kcal but other days I can eat over 2000. But that will eventually be a problem if I want progress in getting fit.
- Q1B: My protein intake is also not high enough, but it’s hard to hit the protein intake at around 130g.
