He has been vegan since 2017 when he decided to put a stop to his eczema, and feel lighter when training for running competitions and Spartan Races. He’s been helping powerlifters, runners, soccer players, CrossFit athletes, and even coaches reach their best body, health, vitality, and performance.
He helps clients find a compelling vision in pursuit of their health & fitness goals, and beyond, and create an action plan to achieve their goals.
