Ingredients
- 150 gram Spinach (Fresh or frozen)
- 65 gram Celery
- 150 Pineapple (Fresh or frozen)
- 10 Chia Seeds
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend. Add water or plant milk if you want to have a thinner smoothie or ice/frozen spinach/frozen pineapple to make it thick.
